USB-C Sensor Node

Get my project off the ground
This project is currently an empty board named USB-C WiFi BLE TH Sensor with the stated goal: a USB-C powered Wi-Fi/BLE temperature-humidity sensor node using a protected 5 V input and a 3.3 V low-power rail.
I can’t start the guided project-definition workflow or modify the design right now because AI features are unavailable due to no available ACUs. Nothing has been added to the schematic or PCB yet.
Remaining work once ACUs are available:
  • Define requirements: USB-C power only vs battery option, sensor accuracy target, enclosure/size constraints, and programming/debug interface.
  • Select core parts: ESP32-class Wi-Fi/BLE MCU/module, temperature/humidity sensor, USB-C connector, protection, and 3.3 V regulator.
  • Create the schematic, verify power/boot/programming details, then proceed to PCB placement/routing.
  • Add bring-up and firmware notes for first hardware validation.
