Diseño de Dimmer para Ventilador

Worked

Work done
  • Project description updated with detailed goal
  • “System Architecture” property added with mermaid diagram
  • Mermaid diagram sent to you confirming use of a 10 kΩ panel-mount potentiometer for front-panel control
Remaining tasks
  • Select and place main active parts:
    • TRIAC (≥ 4 A, 600 V)
    • Non-zero-cross optotriac isolator
    • 10 kΩ panel-mount potentiometer
  • Add supporting passives:
    • Gate resistor
    • RC snubber network
    • MOV 275 VAC
    • 1.5 A slow-blow fuse
  • Define AC connectors and wire nets per plan
  • Perform ERC/DRC checks for clearances, labeling, and ratings
Success criteria
  • Dimmer control and protections are not yet validated; schematic incomplete.
Next step Select and add the TRIAC, optotriac, and potentiometer to the schematic so we can proceed with the protection network and net wiring.
