  • Identified the specific offending copper objects by UID, including overlapping traces such as 105222cd, 132a20cc, 250ca0fc, 2c375c68, 3101001e, 3cc8df62, 5d363ed1, 7a1a2699, a6a467de, aaf43621, and e240066e
  • Confirmed the shield still contains the expected placed elements A1, J_LCD, J_KEYPAD, J_SERVO, J_BUZZER, D1, D2, R1, and R2, so the schematic intent and pin map reference remain intact
Success criteria review
  • ❌ No overlapping copper errors are present in the revised PCB layout
  • ✅ The intended Arduino Uno shield component set and fixed pin-assignment context remain preserved in the current design state
  • ❌ DRC checks pass with no copper-related issues remaining
Next steps I am blocked from actually removing or rerouting the overlapping copper because the available toolset in this run is read-only for PCB geometry: I can inspect layout objects and DRC results, but I do not have a trace/fill/via edit or PCB routing mutation tool to delete or reshape the offending copper. If PCB geometry editing becomes available, I can continue immediately from the identified offending objects.
