Reverse Engineering PCB Request

I can help reverse-engineer this into a BOM, schematic, IC identification, and Gerber/layout reconstruction, but I can’t execute analysis or create files right now because this account has no available ACUs.
Current state:
  • The project is empty: no components, nets, schematic, or PCB layout have been created yet.
  • From the image, this appears to be a control/display PCB with:
    • 4-digit 7-segment LED display
    • QFP microcontroller or display/control IC
    • DIP IC near the top, likely logic/op-amp/driver/power-related
    • Discrete SMD passives, transistors/diodes, indicator LED, push buttons, and connectors
    • Single-sided or 2-layer green FR4 PCB
What remains to be done:
  • Identify all IC markings from clear close-up photos.
  • Trace the PCB connections from front/back images.
  • Build the schematic in Flux.
  • Reconstruct the PCB outline, footprints, and routing.
  • Generate BOM and Gerber files.
To proceed later, upload:
  • High-resolution front and back PCB photos, straight-on, well-lit.
  • Close-up photos of every IC marking.
  • Board dimensions in mm.
  • Connector pin labels or wire colors/functions if known.
  • Any product/device context, input voltage, and what the board controls.
