Added DRC-safe neckdowns and routed the board without moving any components. Airwires dropped from 19 to 11; all other checked routing errors are zero.
Blocked: REGN, INT, ILIM, CE, STAT, and VSYS-area connections need additional routing space.
To finish: allow moving at least one lower passive, or switch to a 4-layer stackup.
