Temperature and Humidity Sensor Node Design

Rozumiem — prekreslím zapojenie z obrázka ako schému pre 24 V DC vstupy PLC Siemens S7-300 SM321: najprv si premenujem/pripravím projekt, potom pridám svorky, snímače/signály a 16-kanálový DI modul, prepojím +24 V/0 V a vstupy I0.0–I0.7 podľa obrázka a nakoniec skontrolujem zapojenie.
Našiel som vhodné symboly svorkovníc. Keďže presný Siemens SM321 symbol ani priemyselný PNP snímač nie sú v knižnici, schému prekreslím prakticky cez svorkovnice a pomenované signálové konektory, aby bolo jasné mapovanie +24 V/0 V a vstupov PLC.
Schéma je elektricky zapojená, ale kontrola hlási PCB chyby, lebo pridané konektory majú footprinty a ešte nie sú rozmiestnené na doske. Keďže ide o prekreslenie zapojovacej schémy, označím tieto symboly ako neumiestňované na PCB, aby kontrola nehlásila falošné chyby rozloženia.
Hotovo — projekt som premenoval na S7-300 DI Sensor Wiring a schému som prekreslil ako 24 V DC zapojenie vstupov Siemens S7-300 SM321 podľa obrázka.
Vytvoril som aj mapovanie svoriek a poznámok v projektovom súbore: PLC DI Wiring Map.
Kontrola po úprave je čistá; symboly sú označené ako schématická kabeláž, nie ako PCB diely, aby nevznikali falošné chyby dosky.

PLC DI Wiring Map
Recreated from the uploaded reference image for SIEMENS S7-300 SM 321 DI 16xDC24V.
Power rails
  • +24V_DC: 24 V DC field supply rail.
  • GND: 0 V DC common rail.
Each 3-wire field connector uses:
  • PIN1: +24 V / brown wire (BR in the drawing)
  • PIN2: 0 V / blue wire
  • PIN3: switched signal / black wire (BK in the drawing)
Components used
Because exact Siemens SM321 and industrial proximity sensor symbols were not available in the library, the schematic uses terminal-block symbols as practical wiring representations:
  • XMA2: field terminal strip XMA2(A)
  • PLC1: Siemens S7-300 SM321 DI module terminal representation
  • S1S8: field sensor/signal connectors

  • The uploaded image clearly shows I0.0 at PLC terminal 1 as unused in this fragment, so PLC1:1 is marked no-connect.
  • The IP_FI destination label is partially ambiguous in the image; it is connected to PLC1:10 because the visible drawing shows the IP_FI vertical line ending at terminal 10.
  • PLC1:16 is used as the 0 V common representation.
