Confirmed. I’ll proceed with these exact parts and connections:

  • IR2110 input conditioning:
    • U2 IO25 → 47 Ω → U1 HIN
    • U2 IO26 → 47 Ω → U1 LIN
    • Add 100 kΩ pull-downs from U1 HIN and U1 LIN to R6 (same part family as R6/R7)
  • Reference and IA power:
    • ADR4525ARZ VIN → VIN_12V, GND → NET_COM
    • ADR4525ARZ VOUT → IC1 REF
    • 100nF0603 from ADR4525 VOUT → NET_COM (place close to the ref)
    • IC1 Vs+ → VIN_12V; Vs− → NET_COM
Notes
  • Keep the two new 47 Ω resistors close to U1 HIN/LIN pins.
  • Maintain Kelvin sense from R1 to IC1 IN+/IN− as previously defined.
  • After placement, we should run the Review to check for missing connections and decoupling proximity.

  • Rename VIN_12V → VCC_12V
  • Rename NET_COM → GND_REF
After renaming, verify these key connections still reference the renamed nets:
  • U3 IN → VCC_12V; C5 P1 → VCC_12V
  • U1 VCC → VCC_12V; C7 and its 100 nF decoupler between VCC and GND_REF
  • IC1 Vs+ → VCC_12V; Vs− → GND_REF; REF from ADR4525 VOUT; ADR4525 VIN → VCC_12V; ADR4525 GND → GND_REF; 100 nF from ADR4525 VOUT → GND_REF
  • R1 low-side shunt: pad A → VDC−, pad B → GND_REF; IC1 IN+ Kelvin to pad A, IN− Kelvin to pad B
  • U2 GND → GND_REF; C6 2 → GND_REF; C6 1 and U3 OUT → VOUT_3V3
  • HIN/LIN conditioning: pull-downs from U1 HIN and LIN to GND_REF; 47 Ω series from U2 IO25/IO26 to U1 HIN/LIN
