PCB Design for Electronic Lock

I want to Build a pcb for an electronic furniture lock using a n20 motor driven by a drv8833. The microprocessor Sound be an esp32s2. The lock should be powered with a usb-c connector. Another usb-c connector should be used for programming.

To nail down the overall architecture, could you clarify a few key points?
  1. Can you specify the exact variant or electrical specs of the N20 Motor you plan to use (rated voltage, no-load/​stall current, torque)?
  2. You’d like two separate USB-C Connectors—one for powering the lock and one for programming the ESP32-S2. Should they be fully isolated, and for the power port do you need only default 5 V or full USB Power-Delivery negotiation?
  3. For the ESP32-S2, would you rather drop in a pre-certified module (e.g. WROOM/WROVER) or place the bare QFN chip with external crystal, flash, and USB interface on your PCB?
  4. With the DRV8833 H-bridge, do you need any feedback (limit switches or Hall sensors) to detect lock position, or is open-loop drive acceptable?
  5. What are the mechanical and environmental constraints (board size, mounting-hole pattern, operating temperature/humidity, ingress-protection requirements) for your furniture lock?
