Reading docs about How to write a selector to match specific bus groups USB_1 and USB_2 in a clearance ruleset.

Classifying selector instructions.

Quoting selector instructions.

Providing selector instructions.

This is what the Flux documentation says about selecting specific nets by name:
– Beforehand, set the names of your power nets to something distinct. For example, PWR1, PWR2, and so on. Then, for your new rule, select all power nets by inputting: #PWR1, #PWR2 into the selector input
To target your USB bus groups, use the same syntax with your net names:
#USB_1, #USB_2

Interpreting design intents.

Clarifying tool usage for design intents.

Deciding on tool calls for user intent.

Providing a clear response.

Yes – you can. In the PCB editor:
  1. Open the Rules panel in the right-hand inspector.
  2. Click the + button and choose Clearance.
  3. Under Applies To, select Traces → Traces.
  4. In the selector field, scope it however you like (e.g. leave blank for all traces, or enter a net/class selector such as #xcvr1, #xcvr2).
  5. Set your desired Minimum Clearance (the “keep-out” distance).
  6. Click Save.
Flux will now enforce that clearance (“keep-out”) between any two traces matching your rule.
