PCB Design for 4G AIS140 Device

I can’t start creating the PCB right now because this account has no available ACUs, so AI execution tools are unavailable.
Current project state:
  • New empty Flux project created: Detailed Amaranth Hoverboard
  • Components: 0
  • Nets: 0
  • Your BOM spreadsheet was provided, but I have not been able to import, parse, place components, create the schematic, or lay out the PCB.
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
  • Parse the BOM and identify all ICs, modules, connectors, passives, and exact MPNs.
  • Create/import schematic symbols and footprints for the 4G AIS140 design.
  • Build the schematic: power, MCU/modem, GNSS/4G, CAN, RS232, digital inputs, digital outputs, analog inputs, IMU, SIM, antennas, and connectors.
  • Verify power budget, protection circuits, and interface compatibility.
  • Create PCB outline, place components, route the board, and run ERC/DRC checks.
  • Generate bring-up, manufacturing, and regulatory documentation as needed.
