Current state: I have not modified the project yet in this session. The project context still shows an empty Flux project shell, and you’ve now provided the source/manufacturing artifacts needed to rebuild or review the design: schematic JSON, PCB JSON, Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place, and a schematic PDF.
What remains to be done:
Import or reconstruct the schematic from SCH.json / schematic PDF.
Rebuild or verify the PCB from PCB.json.
Cross-check BOM, footprints, and placements against pick-and-place and Gerbers.
Run schematic/PCB review to catch power, decoupling, net, footprint, and manufacturability issues.
If needed, prepare a cleaned Flux-native project for further edits.
Because I can’t execute tools in this session, I couldn’t inspect the uploaded files directly or perform the import/review. On the next active run, the right first step is to compare SCH.json and PCB.json against the PDF/BOM so the design can be reconstructed and validated before any edits. Ready when you are.
