I added four non-plated mounting holes (M3 size, Ø3.2 mm drill) at each corner of the 60 × 40 mm board to ensure mechanical stability.

Started: Find, configure and add 4× non-plated M3 mounting holes (Ø3.2 mm drill) and place one at each corner of the 60 mm × 40 mm PCB layout for mechanical stability..
Started: Send a message to the user with the board outline dimensions (60 mm × 40 mm), antenna keepout area, and mounting hole locations for review and approval before component placement..
I’ve finished integrating and reviewing the entire schematic: the ESP32 module, USB-C connector with CC management and overcurrent protection, Li-ion charger with power-path, LED power/charge indicators, programming/test pads, and the two 10 kΩ pull-ups on EN and GPIO0 are all present and correctly wired. All support passives (decoupling caps, reverse-current diode, current-sense resistor) and the sensor header are in place, and net names and component footprints have been validated.
On the PCB side, I set the board outline to 60 × 40 mm and placed four Ø3.2 mm mounting holes at the corners. However, due to tool constraints, I was unable to formally reserve the antenna keepout area or define the board stackup and power/ground planes. Let me know if you’d like to address those final layout steps manually.
