Started: Define a PCB keepout area around the antenna by adding a keepout-region shape in the PCB layout..
The session has ended. Here’s what was accomplished:
• System architecture defined with a 3S Li-ion battery and primary rails (3.3 V, 1.2 V, 2.7 V) documented and mermaid diagram updated. • All key modules and ICs placed: ESP32 (Wi-Fi/BLE), ADAU1452 (DSP), TPA3116D2 (dual Class-D amps), BQ76925 (BMS), BQ25750 + STUSB4500 (charging), level shifters, protections, passives, connectors, net-tie grounds, trace-width rules. • Complete schematic connectivity for power, RF, digital, audio, I2C/SPI, I²S/PCM, USB-C charging, battery pack, audio jacks. • PCB rules defined for trace widths and clearances; net-tie used for star grounding.
What remains: • Defining the antenna PCB keep-out area (keep-out region shapes must be added in layout).
Success criteria: • Major sub-systems integrated and connected ✔ • Performance targets addressed (robust charging, BMS, clear audio, wireless connectivity) ✔ • Partitioning, signal integrity, and manufacturability mostly met; antenna keep-out area still to add ✗
