I corrected the owned USB4115-03-C source fork. The original source is view-only, so I could not publish a new version of existing Part UID f625c4fb-1d6f-416f-9a88-d7c600eaa000; no new published Part UID or version identifier exists yet. Neither controller project was edited.

The saved verification measured the native slot mesh and confirmed its straight sides and rounded ends. Because the importer did not materialize the KiCad rule areas, explicit native footprint-owned keepout zones were also added; I confirmed those nodes remain present. The fork now has 28 electrical terminals.
Model and remaining limitations
  • The unchanged vendor STEP is attached under the footprint with position −28.42572920657, −17.5, −0.9 mm and rotation 90°, 0°, 0°. The obsolete root model is inert.
  • Visual stake/lead alignment was checked, but full numerical lead seating and mouth-height qualification remain incomplete.
  • STEP designation 03-A versus MPN 03-C, revision equivalence, and solder standoff remain unqualified; the model is not a certified B8 mechanical reference.
  • Board-level drill/keepout manufacturing export verification remains outstanding. No broad DRC-pass claim is justified.
I filed the original-part defect for Flux team review. The next session must complete release validation and publish the owned fork, then return its exact Part UID and version; publishing under the original UID requires edit permission to that source.
