Pin Function Grouping

Make the functional group more general and also Add a Section property to all pins, and apply the same value used in the Pin Group property to each pin's Section property.
I’ll generalize the existing pin groups, then set each pin’s Section to the exact same value as its Pin Group and verify all 48 pins are covered.
I’m replacing port-specific groups like GPIOA/GPIOB/GPIOC with the broader GPIO group, and making Section match Pin Group exactly on every terminal.
Updated all 48 pins with more general functional groups and set each pin’s Section to exactly match its Pin Group.
