Repair only legitimate electrical metadata of NRF9151-LACA-R used as U5 in Bioteos. Verify official Nordic https://docs.nordicsemi.com/r/bundle/ps_nrf9151/page/pin.html and powering reference. SIM_1V8 pad19 is regulated output, DEC0 pad24 internal regulator decoupling output, VDD_GPIO65 supply input; review VIO29 MIPI RFFE and genuine reserved types. Do not change pin names, numbers, footprint or architecture. Do not fake power flags. If this public source project is read-only, report permission blocker; do not modify without edit access. If edit access exists, correct types, fresh inspect and publish and return new version UID. No Bioteos mutations.
