DE14 Footprint Copper Fix

Please fix this, based from this flag issue:
The DE14 footprint contains eight unnetted 0.685 x 0.670 mm Top-copper Mounts pads overlapping the valid 1.70 x 3.30 mm pin-15 exposed GND pad. Each instance produces eight overlapping-copper DRC errors.
I’ll inspect the DE14 footprint, remove any remaining duplicate copper pads while preserving pin 15, and check the resulting footprint.
The eight rectangles are paste-only stencil apertures in the imported footprint, but they’re being treated as copper pads. I’ll correct their layer definition rather than delete the intended paste pattern.

"LTC4364 Footprint Pad Correction" completed.
I confirmed the eight rectangles are intended paste-only stencil apertures, incorrectly imported as copper; pin 15’s GND pad is intact. I couldn’t safely correct them with the available editing controls, so I left the footprint unchanged and filed an internal ticket for the Flux team to review.
This needs an import-layer fix to preserve the paste pattern while removing the copper overlaps: Contact Support.
