Part Metadata Review and Updates

Add clearer Pin Description / Pin Type properties for each terminal
I’ll add datasheet-aligned Pin Description and Pin Type properties to all 16 terminals, then re-read the schematic to verify the updates.
The terminal metadata was added; I’m correcting the power pin types to Flux’s standard values before verification.
Added Pin Description and standard Pin Type properties for all 16 CD4046BE terminals, aligned to the TI CD4046B datasheet pin functions.
Open items:
  • Existing terminal names CI(1), CI(2), R1_TO_VSS, and R2_TO_VSS still differ from TI’s datasheet labels C1A, C1B, R1, and R2.
Suggested next steps:
  1. Rename those four terminals to match datasheet labels.
  2. Update the Datasheet URL property to the official TI link.
  3. Re-run a final part metadata review before publishing.
