Raspberry Pi LiPo Power Setup

Work completed
  • All schematic blocks added and wired:
    • USB-C connector with CC pull-downs, TVS/ESD diodes, and polyfuse
    • 1S Li-ion charger (BQ24075TRGTR) with NTC input and status LEDs
    • JST-PH battery connector and 5V output header
    • Synchronous boost converter (TPS61230DRC) with inductor, decoupling caps, and feedback network
    • External ideal diode (LM66100) inserted for power-path management
    • Passives sized and rated appropriately (resistors, capacitors, inductor)
    • Nets wired to enable run-while-charge operation
    • ERC violations addressed: decoupling capacitor (C5) and pull-down resistors (R6, R7) added
    • Component properties updated with correct voltage and power ratings
Remaining tasks
  • Automated DRC footprint assignment and airwire resolution (requires @review)
  • Automated parts availability and MPN verification (requires @review)

Assign footprints to any components missing them, resolve airwires, and run the ERC/DRC and parts-availability reviews (via @review) before proceeding to PCB layout.
