Here are the four 10 kΩ resistors currently used as MOSFET gate resistors (pull-downs) that you could swap to ~100 Ω series gate resistors:

• Each of these sits between the PWM/output net and the MOSFET gate.
• Replacing them with ~100 Ω (0402) will speed up switching and reduce transition losses, at minimal cost in EMI (still damped by 100 Ω).
