How do I make the rooting of the tracks only happen on the bottom copper part?

Reading docs about How to create a layer rule to force all tracks to the bottom copper part?.

I’m not certain this is exactly what you’re looking for, but I found a section in the “Multi-Layer PCB Design: Routing Across Multiple Layers” tutorial that describes using a layer rule to push objects to the bottom layer:
  • Assigning “Bottom” to the layer rule for this module will move every single one of its components to the bottom layer. This will likely result in several components on top of each other.
  • Assigning “Invert” to the layer rule will flip every component to the opposite layer. Components in the top layer will end up in the bottom layer and vice versa. This will result in a fully-functional, flipped version of the module.
You could apply a similar “Bottom” layer rule to your nets or objects to restrict routing to the bottom copper layer.
