Adding Components to Schematic

Work completed
  • Updated project description with details (#Kline #RP2040 #Lline #JSTVH)
  • Added System Architecture property with mermaid diagram
  • Added and placed components:
    • U1 RP2040 MCU
    • U2 and U3 L9613B transceivers
    • Q1 MMBT3904LT1G NPN transistor
    • J10 10-pin JST VH connector
    • U4 MX25R3235FM2xx0 SPI flash placeholder
  • Made net connections:
    • [U2:K]→K1, [U3:K]→K2
    • [U2:TX]→UART0_TX, [U2:RX]→UART0_RX
    • [U3:TX]→UART1_TX, [U3:RX]→UART1_RX
    • Base resistor→[Q1:B] driven by GPIO2
    • Collector [Q1:C], bias resistor, TVS (D1) anode, and J10:5 to L
    • Emitter [Q1:E], TVS cathode, J10:2, and GND to GND
    • Rbias(1)→J10:1 (VBatt)
    • J10:3→K1, J10:4→K2
Tasks not performed
  • Manual review of schematic completeness and net assignments
  • Adding a placeholder footprint for the RP2040 external QSPI flash
Success criteria
  • ✅ Both L9613 transceivers are connected to RP2040 UARTs with K pins on K1/K2
  • ✅ Discrete L-line low-side driver implemented with bias resistor and TVS protection
  • ✅ 10-pin JST VH connector provides VBatt, GND, K1, K2, and L
  • ✅ Placeholder for future QSPI flash added as U4
Recommended next step Please review the schematic for completeness and add the footprint placeholder for the external QSPI flash to finalize the design.
