Evaluate the added candidates, remove all but the chosen regulator, and rename it to U3.
Add support components per the chosen regulator’s datasheet:
Generic inductor with the recommended inductance and current rating.
Generic input decoupling capacitor with the recommended capacitance and voltage rating.
Generic output decoupling capacitor with the recommended capacitance and voltage rating.
Review the schematic for completeness and add any missing nets or components.

The buck regulator IC is placed in the schematic.
It meets 12 V→3.3 V at 1 A requirements.
