I can help design the MIDI controller PCB in a butterfly-style form factor, but I can’t execute project changes right now because there are no available ACUs for AI tool actions.
What’s done so far:
The project has been created, but it is still empty.
No schematic components, nets, PCB outline, or layout have been added yet.
What remains:
Define the MIDI controller requirements: number of keys/buttons, knobs/faders/encoders, LEDs, USB-MIDI vs 5-pin DIN MIDI, power source, and enclosure size.
Choose the controller architecture, likely a USB-capable MCU such as RP2040, STM32, or ESP32-S3 depending on firmware preference.
Create the butterfly-shaped PCB outline and split controls symmetrically across left/right “wings.”
Add schematic, connectors, controls, ESD/power protection, and firmware pin map.
Place components, route the PCB, and run ERC/DRC checks.
Once ACUs are available, I can build the schematic and PCB layout directly in this Flux project.
