I couldn’t produce a faithful schematic PDF: the available PDF export covers PCB layers only, and the schematic-rendering fallback loses symbol detail. No PDF was created, and your design is unchanged.
I’ll make a cosmetic-only readability pass using the ten requested blocks, left-to-right signal flow and inter-block net labels. I’ll compare the complete netlist, parts and values before and after, and won’t touch PCB layout.

The readability pass is blocked: my available controls do not support schematic canvas placement, frames, or graphical wire/net-label editing, so I made no changes.
Before: 328 components / 188 nets.
After inspection: 328 components / 188 nets.
Parts, values and connectivity remain untouched; no PCB layout started.
I cannot claim the rearrangement or a full before/after netlist comparison was completed. This limitation needs Contact Support.
2026-10-10 final bounded Block2 build,160 components/66 nets/12 groups, hardware2b95c144. Assumed reservations, NOT measured loads, approved adapter rating or Block2 qualification. Actual DC harness/F1/D4/D5 feeds separate digital5V and7V_PRE bucks. U7 LT1763-3.3 makes carrier3V3; U8/U9 LT1763-5/-3.3 make clean analog rails from7V_PRE. IEPE boost is now on DIGITAL5V through TPS2553 limiter and LT8330/external D6 diode, then LT3008 final26V. All five rails have hardware healthy chain; MCU/reset/upload integration and partial-power bench qualification remain open. Historical310mA7V boost allocation/900mA digital total/old LDO thermal estimates are superseded.
Rail load reservations
mA at named rail; future loads not populated. Standby/inhibited is powered monitoring, not sleep or analog/IEPE off. Carrier load already included in digital5V; analog and HV output rows are not added again upstream.
90mA reserve comes from28V×11mA/(4.8V×75%)=85.6mA; assumed75% boostefficiency plus allowance, not measured efficiency. Typical35mA reserve is above4mA HV reflection≈31.1mA at4.8V/75%. New detector RESET pullups draw up to about0.107mA each during inhibit at5V, divider currents tensµA; rail-powered supervisor consumption isµA. Broad overhead allowances cover these rather than exact false-precision quiescent totals. Seven carrier logic devices remain within20mA supervision reservation but actual switching consumption must reconcile.
PJRC approximately100mA typical600MHz is benchmark only, not complete assembly maximum: Teensy4.1. Future load selection may change this budget.
Reflected DC and adapter
Use85% for both bucks, conservative output5.15V/7.15V; no separate HV power addition:
9V jack minus1V fuse/diode/harness allocation →8Vprotected: 1.02338A. 12V jack/11Vprotected: 0.74427A. Nominal typical at11Vprotected using5V/7V outputs: 0.31775A; inhibited 0.20011A. Include converter IQ/cable/loss reconciliation in bench validation. Startup charge pulses and fault currents are NOT bounded by steady reservations.
Recommend regulated12V adapter≥1.5A with exact locking mate eventually qualified; actual supplied adapter rating unknown. 9–24V remains design intent, not an approved full operating/fault envelope. 2A fuse is not precise branch/current protection and requires interruption/inrush/thermal coordination.
Thermal/current screening, not clearance
D4 provisional0.85V at low-input peak gives 0.870W; actual copper/enclosure hot testing mandatory. Digital buck1A peak is50% of2A silicon rating; assumed85% conversion implies0.909W system loss, not all IC dissipation. L1 old0.9A crest figures are superseded: adding0.1A gives roughly1.73A at24V/1.84A at54.7V reference with previous worst ripple; hot guaranteed Isat remains unresolved. IC4 load falls to253mA; old310mA reserve is obsolete.
LT1763 losses at5.15/7.15V upstream and lowest guaranteed outputs, reserved loads: U7 0.193W, U8 0.34125W, U9 0.393W, plus own quiescent losses. With copper-dependent60–86°C/W and40°C ambient, screening TJ≈51.6–56.6/60.5–69.3/63.6–73.8°C respectively, NOT board guarantees. LT1763 full-range output3.220–3.380/4.875–5.125V under datasheetconditions; TJ continuous limit125°C and actual board/copper needs validation.
TPS2553 sustained current handbounds≈314–397mA; normal boost input85.6mA reserve is below that, but capacitive pulse overshoot is not qualified. External SS16T3G1A average at specified case temperature and40A NONREPETITIVE surge do not prove repeated fault safety. Thermal retry not latching.
Remaining qualification
C24/C37/C39 exact22µF25V selected; Ceff≥3.3µF carrier/≥6.8µF analog with bypass, ESR≤3Ω must be confirmed afterbias/temp/aging/tolerance. Other genericcaps, buck banks and LT3008 outputCeff≥2.2µF/ESR≤3Ω remain procurement/stability gates.
Boost28Vminimum versus final U13maximum/dropout/ripple remains unresolved; nominal25.92V is not ≥24V connector proof. Stored output energy≈6.862mJ nominal, plus tolerance/othercaps/inductor/sourcefedenergy and postfault recovery must be reviewed before repeated shorts. Ceff/ripple/thermal/hotIsat/startup/loadstep/missingrail/partialpower gates remain firstboard/EE gates, not authorization for redesign or testing unsafe shorts. No logginghold-up solution or USB isolation proven. Fresh ERC4Errors/2Warnings; see power-design-notes for targeted final evidence and threshold/timing bounds.
