9V LED Blinker PCB

The selected 9V battery holder is 54.9 × 30.5 mm, so a 60 × 35 mm PCB cannot safely fit it together with four M3 mounting holes and edge-accessible controls.
I recommend increasing the PCB to 70 × 45 mm:
  • Battery holder on the bottom
  • Timer components on top
  • Four M3 corner holes
  • LED and switch facing the enclosure edge
Confirm the 70 × 45 mm adjustment and I’ll continue the placement.
Confirmed
Confirmed. I’ll use a 70 × 45 mm two-layer board, place the battery holder on the bottom, add four M3 corner holes, and arrange the LED and switch for enclosure access.
The 70 × 45 mm board and four M3 holes are set. I’m now placing the battery holder on the bottom and arranging the top-side timer parts, with the LED and switch aligned to enclosure openings.
The PCB is now 70 × 45 mm, two-layer, with four 3.2 mm M3 mounting holes. The battery holder is on the bottom; the timer circuit is on top; the red LED and power switch are positioned at opposite enclosure edges.
Open items:
  • C2 needs to move slightly inward.
  • C2 currently overlaps a C1 pad and must be repositioned.
  • Routing and the 3D-printed enclosure remain unfinished.
  • Execution paused because no ACUs are currently available.
Suggested next steps:
  1. Add ACUs and ask me to finish placement verification.
  2. Approve the placement, then I’ll route the PCB.
  3. After routing, I can create the enclosure around the verified board geometry.
Fix C2 placement
Check placement clearances
Move C2 inward
Verify edge parts
