Fix GND Airwire

flux

I’ll recover the saved repair state, finish the electrical safety fixes, then complete placement and routing where the design is qualified. I’ll retain the existing ESP32-S3 boards and SPI motor interfaces, and keep any unresolved motor-power limits explicit.

I repaired the ADC bus pull-ups, sourced the remaining isolation support parts, and added the first motor’s interlock circuitry. The second interlock and signal-contention checks are still incomplete, so I’m finishing those before moving the new hardware onto the PCB.

In carrier-work: delete the existing H1 and H2 headers. Add H1 (2x18), H2 (2x18) and H3 (2x12), omitting pin 1 on each for keying. Rewire all existing header nets onto the matching pins of the new headers using the pin map: H1/H2 pins 1-6 power, 7-10 lighting, 11-14 high-side, 15-18 triggers, 19-24 CAN (two channels), 25-26 I2C, 27-28 spares, 29 nRST, 30-36 GND. Commit "headers".

I’ll treat this as a separate header change in carrier-work, leaving the current safety review undisturbed. Before deleting headers, I need the exact net-to-pin assignments: the ranges don’t distinguish individual power rails, signals, or the two CAN channels, and H3 has no mapping yet.

Schematic of Carrier v1

Schematic is Auto-placed

The schematic has been arranged automatically. Flux can redraw it to be more readable, with components placed in related groups and wires drawn more legibly. This takes about 10-60 mins.
