To download the KiCad footprint (.kicad_mod):
- Open the component’s Footprint editor in Flux.
- Click Export/Download in the top-right menu.
- Select KiCad footprint (
.kicad_mod).
- Save the downloaded file into your KiCad library’s
.pretty folder.
If no export option appears, it’s likely because you only have view access to this project. Fork the project to your workspace first, then export the footprint from the fork.
