5. Verify with ERC/DRC and fix any issues.

#Goal

Design a humidity and environmental sensor device using an ESP32-S3 and a BME688 sensor. The design must include all required power and voltage regulation elements, I2C connectivity with proper pull-ups, and a complete programming/boot circuitry for the ESP32-S3 for firmware updates.

#Implementation plan

Define and add primary components
1. Select and add an ESP32-S3 module (such as ESP32-S3-MINI-1U-N8) to use its exposed GPIO, ensuring that the programming/boot circuitry (RESET, BOOT, and UART interface pins) is accessible.
2. Select and add the BME688 sensor for environmental sensing.
Power supply and supporting circuitry
1. Determine the operating voltage (typically 3.3V for both ESP32-S3 and BME688) and add a 3.3V regulator, decoupling capacitors and required power filtering.
2. Configure the power net connections to both the ESP32-S3 module and BME688 sensor.
I2C and interconnects
1. Add I2C connections between the ESP32-S3 and the BME688 sensor with proper pull-up resistors on the SDA and SCL lines.
2. Include additional address straps or tie any address pins as required by the BME688 sensor's design guidelines.
Programming/boot circuitry
1. Add the required programming/boot circuitry for the ESP32-S3 including connections for USB/UART boot mode, reset circuitry, and boot mode determinations.
2. Optionally add a debug UART header and test pads for easier firmware programming and debugging.
Review and verification
1. Ensure all component connections, power nets, and I2C wiring meet the design target.
2. Run ERC/DRC checks on the schematic to verify connections and identify any inconsistencies.
