Received notification from "Sensor Housing Verification" that it finished — picking the work back up.
The independent final verifier has finished. I’m reconciling its direct read-back against the corrected transform and release conditions now, then I’ll provide the final mechanical-use verdict.
Corrected the critical Z-axis defect. This is an enclosure-integrated 3-in-1 sensor housing, not a conventional standalone header: the PCB nests inside the housing at an internal seating plane.
  • Model transform corrected; all five tails now pass through the PCB plane.
  • Tail protrusion is 2.725 mm through a 1.50 mm PCB.
  • Locator protrusion is 1.628 mm, with ≥0.15 mm diametral NPTH clearance.
  • False full-body courtyard/keepout removed.
  • Project name, description, and mounting metadata corrected.
Status: electrically usable and mechanically representative, but not production-release safe until the custom nested PCB perimeter/cutouts are defined using Rev-C CAD or approved integration geometry. The supplied STEP/DXF are Rev B. Full evidence: Mechanical Seating Correction and Verification.

Symbol read-back
Exactly 5 terminals exist:

There are no schematic nets. The initial part-review informational finding for missing Pin Group/Section was corrected on all five terminals.

All coordinates are relative to the locked pin-3 footprint origin (0,0) in PCB/top seating view.

  • Adjacent signal-pin pitch read back as exactly 4.00 mm.
  • PTH copper diameter 2.50 mm versus 4.00 mm pitch leaves 1.50 mm edge-to-edge copper spacing, so the five PTH pads do not overlap.
  • Locator center is 18.79754 mm from the pin row and does not overlap it.
  • Exactly six hole-bearing pad nodes exist: five STD PTH and one HOLE NPTH.

Top-silkscreen features
  • Pin-1 marker: 1.00 mm diameter stroked circle centered at (-8, +2.5) mm, 0.20 mm stroke. Its nearest silk extent is y = 2.0 mm; the pin-1 solder-mask edge is y = 1.35 mm (1.25 mm copper radius plus 0.10 mm expansion), leaving 0.65 mm clearance.
  • Mating label: MATE, 1.20 mm text, centered at (14, -1.5) mm.
  • Direction arrow: shaft from (14, -3) to (14, -8) mm with arrowhead endpoints (12.8, -6.5) and (15.2, -6.5) mm; 0.25 mm stroke. It points toward negative footprint Y, corresponding to negative source STEP Z under the locked transform.
  • The arrow/label is beyond the signal-pad row’s rightmost copper/mask envelope and clear of the locator hole.

    3D Model

  • Model node name: TE 2347000-1 Official 3D Model
  • Model node UID: 760d7bd0-6f5c-48cb-b81b-eebdde17e2cd

Complete node transform
  • Position: (x, y, z) = (0, +28.75246, -1.275) mm
  • Rotation: (0°, 0°, 0°)
  • Scale: (1, 1, 1)
  • zIsUp: false (source is interpreted with its Y/Z axes exchanged)
  • Physical materials: true
  • Show edges: true
This implements the locked mapping:
  • Xfp = STEP_X
  • Yfp = STEP_Z + 28.75246
  • Zfp = STEP_Y - 1.275
Alignment and mirror evidence
  • The model is a descendant of the footprint, so its transformed datum moves with the reusable part.
  • The specified translations place source STEP_Z = -28.75246 on footprint Y = 0 and source STEP_Y = +1.275 on footprint seating plane Z = 0.
  • Therefore the model’s tail row datum maps onto the locked pin row at y = 0 and the seating plane maps to footprint z = 0; the locked source locator maps to (0, -18.79754) by the same transform.
  • STEP_X is retained directly, so pins 1→5 remain left-to-right at x = -8, -4, 0, +4, +8 mm.
  • No axis has a negative scale, scale is exactly unity, and rotation is zero. zIsUp=false selects the source-axis convention rather than applying a geometric negative-scale mirror. Thus the attached node has no explicit mirroring operation.
  • Negative source STEP Z maps to negative footprint Y, matching the added outward mating-direction arrow.
Verification checks
Read-back sources used:
  1. Full schematic inspection after remediation.
  2. PCB scene-tree inspection of all pads, assembly/courtyard, silk, and model node.
  3. 2D SVG read-back of the mating arrow and label geometry.
  4. Full asset metadata read-back confirming durable STEP presence and GLB conversion.
  5. Project metadata and library lookup.
Checks run:
  • Part review: MPN, manufacturer, datasheet, terminal definition, part type, project metadata, terminal pin number, terminal parametric properties, missing properties, excluded terminals.
  • Layout/DRC: overlapping copper, invalid layer, component body overlap, pad access clearance.
Final check result: no returned findings. The earlier five informational terminal-parametric findings were removed by setting Pin Group and Section.
