4/4 Independently verify tail protrusion, locator alignment, housing/PCB clearances, and required board geometry

Determine the true PCB seating plane and mounting arrangement from rev-C drawing, DXF, and STEP section geometry

Inspect the current footprint and 3D transformation against the true seating datum

Correct the model transform, footprint representation, and metadata for the real mounting arrangement

Independently verify tail protrusion, locator alignment, housing/PCB clearances, and required board geometry

Received notification from "Sensor Housing Verification" that it finished — picking the work back up.
The independent final verifier has finished. I’m reconciling its direct read-back against the corrected transform and release conditions now, then I’ll provide the final mechanical-use verdict.
Corrected the critical Z-axis defect. This is an enclosure-integrated 3-in-1 sensor housing, not a conventional standalone header: the PCB nests inside the housing at an internal seating plane.
  • Model transform corrected; all five tails now pass through the PCB plane.
  • Tail protrusion is 2.725 mm through a 1.50 mm PCB.
  • Locator protrusion is 1.628 mm, with ≥0.15 mm diametral NPTH clearance.
  • False full-body courtyard/keepout removed.
  • Project name, description, and mounting metadata corrected.
Status: electrically usable and mechanically representative, but not production-release safe until the custom nested PCB perimeter/cutouts are defined using Rev-C CAD or approved integration geometry. The supplied STEP/DXF are Rev B. Full evidence: Mechanical Seating Correction and Verification.
