- Step 1: Add a 3.3 V I/O compatible PN532 module/footprint + schematic symbol, then connect it to U2 (SDA=GPIO21, SCL=GPIO22, IRQ=GPIO4, RST=GPIO5) and power it from +3V3/GND.
- Step 2: Add I2C pull-ups to +3V3 and local decoupling near the PN532.
- Step 3: Extend PCB dimensions and place the PN532 section next to the ESP32 with antenna/keepout considerations, then run ERC/DRC.
