IPEX Enclosure Design

The rebuilt base and lid are saved without perimeter ears, with four internal PCB mounts, cable exits, and separate reset-actuator and light-pipe models. Nominal geometry checks passed, but the render still shows the actuator and light pipe gray rather than black and transparent; I’m checking the saved assembly and documenting the remaining fit and molding limitations.

"Enclosure Review Findings" completed.
I rebuilt and saved the curved enclosure—approximately 105 × 79 × 17.5 mm—without perimeter ears or exposed cover screws, retaining four internal PCB mounts and adding provisional snap retention, cable exits, a separate RST actuator, and an LED1 light pipe/aperture.
It remains provisional: the actuator and pipe still render gray rather than black/transparent; harness compatibility, reset tolerances, and molding qualification remain unresolved, as detailed in the project file Enclosure review results.
Next priorities are correcting the appearance/export issue (Contact Support) and verifying the harness drawing and production resin requirements.
