I’ll diagnose whether the blank pages come from the PDF renderer or malformed layout geometry, then generate a fallback PDF from a verified visible board rendering. I will not modify the PCB.

The fallback-export executor has completed. I’m retrieving its artifact and verification report now, then I’ll independently confirm the PDF contains visible board content before sending it.

The native exporter produced 11 blank pages despite valid PCB geometry. I generated a one-page fallback from the board outline, top copper, and top silkscreen layers and verified that it contains visible layout content.
Perfect 80 mm diameter circle centered at the layout origin.
Four-layer FR-4 stackup
Completed
1.30 mm stack: Top signal / Inner 1 ground plane / Inner 2 power plane / Bottom signal.
Normal board-edge clearance
Completed
0.5 mm universal board inset/keepout enabled.
Place all 66 existing components
Completed
66 elements and 66 footprints are present; all are top-side. No components were added, removed, or replaced.
RF antenna placement and keepout
Completed
U2 antenna faces local +Y/outward at the top edge. Protected four-layer keepout persisted.
U6 exact center placement
Completed
U6 center is exactly (0, 0) mm.
LED recess alignment
Completed provisionally
LED1 is at the bottom edge; final housing coordinate was not supplied.
Routing
Unattempted by design
No traces were routed.
Placement verification
Completed with one non-placement blocker
Placement is uncongested and no body-overlap/outside-board anomaly was returned by the final board check. A U7 footprint pad-definition anomaly remains before routing.

U2 antenna orientation and persisted keepout
Raytac MDBT50Q-1MV2 datasheet Version L identifies the chip antenna at the module drawing's top end, adjacent to the pin-1/pin-55 end. U2 is at 0° rotation, so this antenna end is local +Y and faces the board's top RF window.
The Raytac no-ground area is persisted as four protected rectangle nodes:
Rectangle center: (0.000, 38.550) mm
Rectangle size: 10.50 mm × 3.80 mm
Rectangle extents: X = -5.25 to +5.25 mm; Y = 36.65 to 40.45 mm
Layers: Top, Mid-Layer 1, Mid-Layer 2, Bottom
Rules on every rectangle:
keepOut = 3mm
minKeepOut = 3mm
protected = true
This implements both the datasheet's 10.5 mm × 3.8 mm no-ground region and the requested minimum 3 mm clearance around the antenna zone. No other component is located in this protected region. No traces were created, so there are no routed-copper intrusions.
Functional zoning
Center: U6 vibration sensor and its regulator-output bypass capacitors.
Left perimeter: J1 CT connector and rectifier/current-input network.
Left-center: U7 ADE9000, analog input networks, reference bypass, and oscillator cluster.
Lower-left: U1 energy harvester, switching inductors, storage/load bypass network, and C26.
Top edge: U2 radio module and local 3.3 V bypass parts.
Right-middle: switched environmental, temperature, and magnetic sensors plus the sensor power switch.
The final layout density is 20.3% footprint area, and the layout inspection reports adequate routing space with no congested region.
Decoupling-distance result
The strict 0.5 mm edge-to-edge goal was achieved for the two mechanically critical ADXL355 regulator capacitors:
C27 to U6 V1P8ANA: set to approximately 0.50 mm package-edge spacing.
C28 to U6 V1P8DIG: set to approximately 0.50 mm package-edge spacing.
The following existing bypass/decoupling parts could not all be placed within 0.5 mm of their associated IC pin while also avoiding package overlap and preserving pad escape around the fine-pitch devices. They were kept in the local functional cluster instead:
U7 ADE9000: C1, C3, C4, C6, C7
U1 AEM13921: C19, C20, C22, C23, C24, C25
U2 MDBT50Q: C17
Bulk companions that also exceed the strict 0.5 mm target because of their larger footprints are C2, C5, C8, C18, and C21. C20 was specifically flagged by the placement check for a larger-than-desired decoupling loop and should receive routing priority with a direct ground return/via.
C9/C10 are ADE9000 reference capacitors rather than supply decouplers; C11/C12 are oscillator load capacitors. They are placed close to their associated functional pins/network, but are not counted as supply-decoupling exceptions.
Verification evidence and remaining findings
Cleared placement findings
Component body overlaps: none reported by the placement pass/final board feasibility check.
Components outside board: none reported by the final board feasibility check. Edge-access components remain within the circular outline; the RF no-ground rectangle intentionally extends to/slightly beyond the board edge.
Missing footprints: none; 66 schematic components and 66 PCB footprints are present.
Pad-access placement: critical U6, U7 oscillator, U1 switching, J1, and J3 access channels were preserved.
Protected antenna region: four protected layer-specific keepouts are persisted; no other components occupy the region.
Expected unrouted state
Remaining airwires: 102
Dangling/stale traces: 0
Routing was intentionally not started.
Unresolved non-placement blocker
The final board feasibility check reports one U7 footprint anomaly:
DRC_OVERLAPPING_PINS_DIFFERENT_NETS: U7 exposed pad overlaps four auxiliary/mounting-hole pad definitions that are not consistently assigned to the same net.
This is internal to the existing ADE9000 footprint and cannot be corrected by moving U7 or nearby components. It must be resolved in the part/footprint definition before automatic routing. Two additional informational findings request via-at-SMD handling for exposed/ground pads; these are routing/footprint details, not placement failures.
Mechanical follow-up
LED1 is provisionally located at (5.137, -38.555) mm, rotation 0°, on the bottom edge. Update this position when the housing recess datum/coordinate is available.
