Open items:
  • The ERS now supersedes earlier informal briefs where conflicts exist.
  • PCB placement/routing should wait until the Phase 2 engineering reviews are complete.
Suggested next steps:
  1. Produce the Engineering Review Report.
  2. Build the component comparison matrix.
  3. Create the power-state diagram and updated runtime estimates.
  4. Generate the prioritized schematic change list.
how do i save those specs/plans files to my device?
Open each file in Flux, then use your browser’s normal save/download flow:
  1. Click the file link, e.g.:
  2. Once the file is open, select the text with Ctrl+A / Cmd+A.
  3. Copy with Ctrl+C / Cmd+C.
  4. Paste into a local text editor.
  5. Save as .md or .txt.
If your browser shows a print option, you can also use Print → Save as PDF to keep a PDF copy.

RF Design Notes
  • RF module footprint and antenna circuit are provisional.
  • Antenna placeholder components AE1–AE4 are not production antenna layouts.
  • Final PCB must follow RTX/RMED reference layout or approved antenna/matching network.
  • RTX public datasheet notes antenna design must be separated from electronics, placed in a non-shielded environment, and impedance matched in the representative enclosure.
  • RTX1090R1 public materials reference PCB antenna usage as on RTX1x90EVK, max gain 6 dBi, 28 mm × 6.5 mm dimensions for modular approval conditions; exact EVK files are still required.
Required Documentation Checklist
  • Draft schematic exists in Flux for Prototype Revision A.
  • Draft BOM exists from current schematic.
  • RF module public datasheet/product-sheet links recorded in RF Module Selection notes.
  • Official RTX hardware integration guide.
  • Official RTX/RMED reference schematic/layout/Gerber/stackup/BOM.
  • Official antenna integration and modular-approval guide.
  • RF test mode commands and production test procedure.
  • Final PCB layout / Gerbers.
  • Accredited EMC/RF test reports.
  • Final Declaration of Conformity.
  • User manual with wireless/regulatory labeling notes.
Open Regulatory Risks
  • Modular approval may not apply if antenna geometry, gain, placement, matching, ground clearance, enclosure material, or firmware TX power differs from the approved RTX reference.
  • The provisional antenna placeholders are not sufficient for compliance.
  • Final regional band configuration must be firmware-controlled and locked for each market.
  • Battery charging safety and USB-C labeling must be reviewed before shipment.
