What happened
I tried to process the attached PCB photos as image attachments, but the image fetches for these HEIC-based preview URLs are returning 500 errors, so I can't reliably inspect them right now. That means I should not pretend I can reverse-engineer the board from these specific files yet. This is exactly the kind of attachment-processing failure that needs a re-upload in a more directly readable format

Please re-upload the photos as:
  • JPG or PNG files directly
  • preferably straight top-down
  • one photo of each side
  • one photo with a ruler or caliper
  • a few close-ups of the dense component area
For PCB/image attachments, the right workflow is:
  • inspect the image
  • extract visible topology, markings, and geometry
  • then decide whether it is enough to recreate the board in Flux
