I can help design that isolated RS‑485 PCB, but I can’t execute project edits right now because there are no available ACUs.
Current project state:
- New empty project: no components, nets, schematic, or PCB layout yet.
- Requested design: isolated RS‑485 interface using:
- ISO3082 isolated RS‑485 transceiver
- B0505XT isolated 5V-to-5V DC/DC converter
- SM712 TVS protection diode for RS‑485 bus protection
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
- Create the schematic with isolated logic-side and bus-side power domains.
- Add ISO3082, B0505XT, SM712, RS‑485 connector, decoupling capacitors, pull-up/pull-down/bias/termination options, and power input connector.
- Verify ISO3082 and B0505XT pinouts from datasheets before wiring.
- Add PCB layout with isolation clearance between logic and RS‑485 sides.
- Route power, isolated ground domains, A/B differential bus traces, and protection path.
- Run ERC/DRC and create bring-up notes.
