Bluetooth Code Blue Alarm

i want to build a bluetooth device that can announce code blue warning and a blue flashing light that is wireless
The project is currently empty; no schematic or PCB work has been created yet. The intended device is a wireless Bluetooth alert unit that announces a “Code Blue” warning and flashes a blue light.
Work remaining:
  • Define how alerts are triggered: phone/app, push button, or central station.
  • Confirm required range, battery life, loudness, light visibility, and number of receiving units.
  • Design the Bluetooth controller, audio amplifier/speaker, blue strobe LEDs, power/charging, and enclosure.
  • Add safeguards appropriate for a medical-training or emergency-notification product, including a manual test/reset and loss-of-connection indication.
I can’t begin the design because the account currently has no available ACUs. Once ACUs are available, the safest starting point is a battery-powered BLE receiver triggered by a phone or dedicated transmitter; it should be treated as a supplemental alert—not a certified life-safety alarm.
