Part Information Review

Work done
  • Applied the critical-net routing intent: INPUT group first, VG second, feedback/summing third, OUTPUT fourth; 12V/GND are wider and lower-priority.
  • Kept analog nets constrained to the Top layer where possible, with ≥0.25 mm trace width and 0.2 mm clearance intent preserved.
  • Optimized placement for shorter analog paths: INPUT left, OUTPUT right, U2/input/filter cluster, U1/output cluster, tight feedback passives, VG block grouped separately, and decoupling caps close to LM358 VCC pins.
  • Verified the board remains on Standard 2 Layer and has no missing-footprint, invalid-layer, overlapping-copper, or floating-copper errors.
Success criteria review
  • ✅ Schematic connectivity preserved.
  • ✅ Critical analog net priorities/widths/layer preferences configured.
  • ✅ Placement tightened for short feedback/summing loops and bottom GND-plane preservation.
  • ❌ Routing is not complete: 44 airwires remain.
  • ❌ Final manufacturing readiness is not met yet because airwires must be routed to zero before Gerbers.
Next steps
Run routing in the PCB editor using this order: IN / AC_IN / INPUT_FILTER_TAP / FILTER_NODE → VG / VG_DIV → U2_INV_IN / INV_OUT / SUM_NODE / U2_SUM_OUT / NOTCH_OUT → AC_OUT_PRE_CAP / OUTPUT → 12V/GND. Keep sensitive traces on Top, avoid vias except where unavoidable, then rerun DRC until airwires are 0 before exporting Gerbers.

Part Information Review
Scope
Reviewed the current Flux part project metadata, schematic contents, PCB/layout contents, and semantic project data for MPN, package, pin count, description, Datasheet URL, terminal/pin properties, symbol, and footprint information.

Datasheet lookup/update status
No datasheet URL could be set because the project currently has no usable MPN, manufacturer, part name, or other identifying metadata. Searching the web for an official datasheet requires at least an MPN or unambiguous part name.
Cross-check against datasheet
A datasheet-based cross-check could not be completed because no official datasheet could be identified. The required source of truth for this review is the datasheet pin table and package drawing.
Mismatches and gaps flagged
  1. MPN missing — no Manufacturer Part Number is set, so the part cannot be uniquely identified.
  2. Datasheet URL missing — cannot be populated without an MPN or official part name.
  3. Manufacturer missing — no source to verify manufacturer identity.
  4. Description is generic — it does not describe the part’s function or key specs.
  5. Pin count is 0 — no terminal components exist in the schematic.
  6. Symbol cannot be verified — no terminals/pins are present to compare against a datasheet pin table.
  7. Footprint cannot be verified — no footprint or package geometry is present in the layout.
  8. Package value is incomplete/ambiguousTO is too broad to verify against a package drawing; a full package/case code is needed, such as TO-220-3, TO-92-3, etc.
Key specs
No electrical or mechanical key specs can be summarized yet because there is no datasheet-backed part identity.
Provide the exact MPN or official datasheet URL. Once available, the part can be reviewed by extracting the datasheet metadata, exact pin table, package/case code, and footprint dimensions, then comparing those against the Flux terminals, symbol, properties, and footprint.
