add the LSM6DS3 low-power accelerometer from manufacturers like Bosch Sensortec and then link this to a power switch to the cellular chip, only allow connection to cellular power draw if item is moved to activate the link this will also require a small processeoto manage the timer, that closes the cellular chip for 12 hours
To implement a motion-activated power-gating circuit for your cellular module:
  1. Add the Bosch Sensortec LSM6DS3 accelerometer for motion detection.
  2. Add a low-power microcontroller to monitor the LSM6DS3’s interrupt output and run a 12 h timer.
  3. Add a P-channel MOSFET high-side switch to gate the cellular module’s power rail.
  4. Include pull-ups on the accelerometer interrupt pin, reverse-polarity protection on the power path, and a gate-drive resistor on the MOSFET (based on Flux knowledge-base guidance for gate-drive circuits).
