Here’s how to resolve the overlapping‐copper errors flagged by DRC:
  1. Open the PCB tab in 2D view and bring up the DRC panel.
  2. Click on each “Overlapping Copper” error in the panel to zoom to that location.
  3. For each overlap:
    • Select one of the conflicting copper objects (trace or pour)
    • Use the arrow keys or mouse to nudge it aside until the clearance rule is satisfied
    • If it’s a copper pour, right-click → “Recompute Pour” after moving nearby copper
  4. If you have multiple overlaps along a trace, it may be faster to:
    • Rip up that segment
    • Reroute it with the interactive router, ensuring it doesn’t cross existing copper
  5. Finally, rerun the DRC to confirm all “Overlapping Copper” errors are cleared.

Floating copper regions can’t be removed automatically yet. You will need to clear them manually:
I recommend using Flux’s PCB editing tools to select and delete each orphan copper area:
  1. Switch to the PCB editor in 2D view.
  2. In the DRC panel, click a “Floating Copper” error to zoom to the region.
  3. Use the selection tool to click on the isolated copper pour or track segment.
  4. Press Delete.
Repeat until all floating copper errors are cleared, then rerun DRC to confirm.
