Features a 2.3 mm sensing distance, daylight-blocking optical filter, and high ambient light immunity for reliable reflective detection. Operates with an IR LED forward current up to 50 mA, 1.25 V typical forward voltage, and a phototransistor collector-emitter voltage of up to 70 V. Provides fast response times, surface-mount (SMD) construction, and is specified for operation over a −40°C to +100°C temperature range.
