  • Make the functional group more general.
  • Add a Section property to all pins, and apply the same value used in the Pin Group property to each pin's Section property.
I’ll simplify the pin groups to broader functional categories and mirror each value into the Section property for the same pin.
Updated all pins to broader functional groups and added Section to every pin with the same value as Pin Group.
Open items:
  • Pins 41–44 are still marked Extra because they are not present in the TI datasheet.
  • Some Section values like USB, I2C, Ground, and Extra were accepted but are outside Flux’s suggested autocomplete list.
Suggested next steps:
  1. Remove or correct the four extra pins/pads.
  2. Update Pin Type and Pin Description for each pin from the datasheet.

Footprint review
The PCB footprint currently contains pads corresponding to all 44 schematic terminals, including extra pads 41-44. The datasheet package for TPS25750DRJKR is RJK0038B WQFN with 38 perimeter terminals plus two exposed pads, numbered 39 and 40. Therefore the footprint pad count/numbering does not match the datasheet.
Detailed geometry could not be fully verified from the current layout inspection because pad coordinate/size/rule details were not exposed in the returned layout tree. However, the footprint should be checked against TI RJK0038B dimensions:
  • Body: 5.9-6.1 mm x 3.9-4.1 mm.
  • Pitch: 0.4 mm.
  • Terminal width: 0.15-0.25 mm.
  • Terminal length: 0.3-0.5 mm for 34 perimeter terminals.
