Quad SPDT Analog Switch — provides four independently controlled single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switches with bidirectional signal paths and 1.8 V-compatible logic inputs. It operates from 4.5 V to 36 V single supply or ±4.5 V to ±18 V dual supplies, with 3.6 Ω typical on-resistance, up to 400 mA continuous channel current, and –40°C to +125°C operating temperature. Available in a 20-pin TSSOP (PW) package.
