USB Type\-C source\-port protection controller designed as an MCU companion for USB\-C Power Delivery applications up to 100 W\. The TCPP02\-M18 provides programmable VBUS overcurrent protection with an external N\-channel MOSFET gate driver, VBUS current sensing, VBUS/VCONN discharge, CC\-line overvoltage and IEC 61000\-4\-2 Level 4 ESD protection, plus I²C monitoring/control\. It operates from 2\.7–5\.5 V on VCC\_VCONN and supports USB\-C chargers, power adapters, docks, hubs, and power banks\.
