Features HART® signal coupling, 12\-bit diagnostic ADC, integrated precision reference, SPI interface \(up to 50 MHz\) with CRC and watchdog timer, programmable gain and offset, output fault protection \(±38 V miswire protection\), and comprehensive diagnostics for high\-reliability industrial systems\. Designed for −40°C to \+115°C operation and housed in a compact 32\-lead LFCSP \(5 × 5 mm\) package\.
