It supports bidirectional data transfer up to 1.7 MHz, operates with independent supply voltages of 3.0 V to 5.5 V (Side 1) and 2.25 V to 5.5 V (Side 2), provides 3000 VRMS UL 1577 isolation in the 8-pin SOIC (D) package, and is specified for −40°C to +125°C operation.
