The TDK InvenSense ICP\-20100 provides up to 20\-bit output resolution, ±1 Pa relative accuracy, and programmable noise performance down to 0\.5 Pa RMS\. It supports I²C, I3C, and SPI interfaces, with up to 8 kHz output data rate, a 96\-byte FIFO, and programmable digital filtering\. The device operates from 1\.8 V or 3\.3 V, with selectable I/O voltage from 1\.2 V to 3\.3 V, and uses a compact 2 × 2 × 0\.8 mm, 10\-pin LGA package\. Operating temperature is −40°C to \+85°C\.
