Serializer for high\-speed sensor data transmission over FPD\-Link™ IV, supporting a 7\.55 Gbps forward channel \(up to 6 Gbps video payload\) and a 47\.1875 Mbps bidirectional control channel\. Features a single MIPI D\-PHY v2\.1 interface with 1 clock lane and 1, 2, or 4 configurable data lanes supporting up to 1\.5 Gbps per lane, and a MIPI CSI\-2 v2\.1 receiver with 16 virtual channels\. Operates from a single 1\.8 V supply, supports Power\-over\-Coax \(PoC\), coaxial or shielded twisted\-pair \(STP\) cables, and includes CRC data protection, sensor data integrity check, I²C write protection, voltage and temperature monitoring, programmable alarms, and line fault detection\. Packaged in a 32\-pin VQFN \(5 mm × 5 mm\)\.
