The Texas Instruments BQ76907RGRR supports 2 to 7 series cells, with a 16\-bit delta\-sigma ADC for cell\-voltage measurement, a dedicated 16\-/24\-bit coulomb\-counter ADC, and host\-controlled cell balancing\. It provides overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short\-circuit, overtemperature, and undertemperature protection, along with integrated low\-side NFET drivers and open\-wire detection\. Communication is through 400 kHz I²C, with optional CRC support\. The device operates from 3 V to 38\.5 V, supports temperature sensing through an internal sensor and external thermistor, and is housed in a 20\-pin 3\.5 × 3\.5 mm VQFN package with an operating temperature range of −40°C to \+110°C\.
